What is My Order Status?

If you have an account with us, just go to your account and select the order, and you will have the status and a tracking number if you added tracking available there.

A “Captive ring” means that the bead, or gem, in the ring, is dimpled and held in place by the pressure of the ring. You can pop the bead in and out. Naturally it can pop out on its own on occasion too.

A “Fixed ring” means that the bead, or gem is actually attached to one end of the ring. So this one you can not lose. However it is a different procedure to remove and install the ring.

When we ship, we will not put any advertisements or references to Body Jewelry or anything else on the outside of the package. Your order will arrive in a regular US Mail Package from the Post Office.
We do not even use our business name in the return address.

All of our items are priced Individually as many people do not have a need for a pair. If you want a pair, you need to order 2. However some items do have a Pair as an option, and then you would not need to order 2.

Yes usually that is no problem on any of our 14K Gold pieces. It usually costs about the same as the curved barbell version. Just email us for the exact pricing.
We can only do this on the 14K Gold pieces though.
