This is an excellent product but they should say, up front, that you need to adjust the length of the product so it doesn’t penetrate your bladder.
If you don’t cut the Urethral Sound, it will serve very well as a catheter and, when you insert it, you better be near a toilet ! A microcosm of a geyser !
Since I can’t imagine having libido with my bladder and since the bladder is too delicate to be poking at it, I cut my Urethral Sound off so that it extends right up to the entrance to my bladder, but not penetrating it. (You can use a catheter to measure – you can feel when it touches the entrance to the bladder).
I smoothed the cut tip of the Sound with a Dremel tool.

Overall the construction seems very good and silicone is quality. This being my first set of silicone sounds I don’t have a reference to compare them to directly. I like the fact they are hollow and have several holes going down the side. I’ve found that it works well to inject lube once they are in. I agree with most posts I’ve seen that say the black silicone is “grippy” but I wouldn’t list that as a con perse.
