Simply email us a request for a refund for the order, and once approved, you can ship the item back. Once we receive your return, we’ll process it immediately and issue a full refund to your payment method, minus a $15 restocking fee. Then, you can order directly in-store. Since we offer free shipping, and your next order (if eligible) will also receive free shipping, the restocking fee is unavoidable.

* Very Simple Limitations as well
1) 30 Day limitation from the date that you receive your package as long as it is still sealed and not custom. (That’s 1 Months).

2) Do not break the security seal on the Clear Bag that your piece will arrive in. 
3) Exchange policy does not apply to Custom made pieces, as they are custom made for your order, however, they are still covered 100% against manufacturers’ defects.
